October 1st 2017 Kazuko and Nicolas are boarding the plane that is taking them to New Orleans, Louisiana.

They started their visit by taking the street car to go to the Garden District where the visited, the Lafayette Cemetery, one of the numerous above ground cemeteries of New Orleans.   Because New Orlenas is built on Swamps, people cannot be burried inside the ground because they would be under water.

They vent to visit the French Quarter witch has a unique architecture.

They had 1 day with heavy rain, but they could still visit as most walkways are protected
and the French Market is covered.

The rain stopped, so they took a night guided tour
about New orleans Ghosts and Vampires.

This is one of the old canals that was linking
Lake Pontchartrain to the French Quarter and the Mississipi River

After lunch, they stopped to listen to musicians
who were playing in the street.
